Marketing

It takes more than a funky logo and a great taste to create a superstar product or brand. Passion, commitment, talent and flair are just a slice of what you’ll throw into your role here. You’ll drive some of the world’s most talked about brands and help bring new ones to the limelight, to stand alongside family favourites like NESCAFÉ, KitKat and Shredded Wheat – the kinds of brands that have held special places in our consumers’ hearts for almost 70 years. That’s no mean feat, but what’s really exciting is knowing you’ll have everything at hand to give your career that same impressive longevity.

We have one of the largest FMCG Marketing teams in the UK. But for us, that’s not enough. We’ve set ourselves an ambitious target to not only be large, but be the best too. To help us achieve that, you’ll be handed responsibility as soon as you’re ready for it and get stuck into real work on real brands, all alongside some of the best people in the business.

Our graduate programme includes opportunities within Nestlé UK and our associated companies, Cereal Partners and Purina Petcare. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to test your growing skills on everything from confectionery and cereal to petfood. Once you’ve launched enough innovative products and revitalised a range of leading brands, we’re hoping you’ll go on to become one of our Senior Marketing Managers.

Find out what it's like to be a Marketing graduate.

In order to be successful for the Nestlé Graduate Scheme you must have achieved or be on track for a minimum of a 2.1 degree or EU equivalent. You must have full eligibility to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis and be willing to relocate within the UK.

If you chose to apply you will be required to complete an online questionnaire, this must be completed in ‘one sitting’ and will take a minimum of 30 minutes.

The graduate scheme for Marketing is now closed.
Applications for entry in 2009 will open in Autumn 2008
