Human Resources
You won’t find a more exciting sector in which to kick-start your HR career than FMCG. It's fast moving, demands are high and competition is fierce. What’s more, FMCG offers one of the few manufacturing bases in the UK. So what does that mean for you? Well, unique challenges for start, all the benefits of a world-class business, and plenty of opportunity to prove yourself.
Our proud heritage, reputation and strong market position as the world's largest food company has meant our HR function can afford to pursue cutting-edge techniques – namely the Ulrich model. Join us and you’ll reap the benefits of our involvement in the Nestlé HR European community.
This is no ordinary HR career path. For the very best, we offer the chance to progress into a vital business role at the end of a two-year programme designed to give you faultless all-round expertise. That will mean spending time at Head Office, our factories and our Centres of Expertise, working in each of the key areas of HR at Nestle: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Information and Advice.
We’re looking for people who can go to the very top, not just those after an everyday graduate job. An HR degree or Masters would be an advantage, as would relevant work experience, but it’ll be your understanding of the critical role HR plays in a business that will set you apart. Understand this and you won’t just make an impact on the success of our business; the world will be your oyster.
