Never far from the core of our business success, our Finance grads do a lot more than tot up the numbers and balance the books. That’s something a person of your ambition and calibre will be happy to hear. Teaming your determination to take your talent right to the top with our plans to recruit and develop only the most outstanding graduates, you’ll support the continued success of one of the largest FMCG companies in the UK – and build a pretty enviable career in the process.
Your first three years will include at least three placements, split between our Croydon Head Office and manufacturing sites. Those placements could see you supporting a factory controller, assisting in costing new products and promotions or consolidating our corporate accounts – all experience which will leave you wiser to the truly critical role finance plays across our business.
What’s more, we provide full support to help you study and pass your CIMA qualification. We offer generous study leave and financial support, but you’ll need to show tenacity and commitment to manage this alongside your full-time job. In order to be successful for the Nestlé Graduate Scheme you must have achieved or be on track for a minimum of a 2.1 degree or EU equivalent, with a graduation date after May 2007 but prior to September 2009. You must have full eligibility to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis and be willing to relocate within the UK.
If you chose to apply you will be required to complete an online questionnaire, this must be completed in ‘one sitting’ and will take a minimum of 30 minutes.
