The selection process broadly comprises a first round interview either by phone or face-to-face, followed by a selection event which may include a competency-based interview, ability testing and a short presentation exercise. If you’re here for the day, you’ll have the opportunity to see what we’re all about and meet both line managers and current graduates on your scheme. We’ll even feed you.
