Graduates – Real jobs, with real responsibilities – and very real prospects. That’s exactly what you’ll find thrust upon you when you embark on the Nestlé graduate programme. We won't lead you through a one–size–fits–all development programme or spoon–feed you every last answer. We’re looking for the leaders of the future, grads who can think on their feet and impress left, right and centre as they take our business further than ever before. We’re expecting big things. This is your chance to show the world what you’ve got.

Focusing on your individual talents rather than sitting you slap–bang in the middle of a homogenous graduate programme, you can expect pretty extensive training, and the kind of exposure that’ll help you get exactly where you want to be. From industrial placements to bona fide project responsibility everything’s here to help you gain an edge. And you’ll see from some of the profiles on this site that people aren’t shy of moving around the business to keep their learning curves steep. Like them, you’ll take on new challenges as you work your way to the top, and if you’ve got what it takes to succeed, we’ll give you all the rewards and responsibility you can handle.

So what happens next? Well, if all this is already getting your nerve endings tingling, read on.
