Tom began diving at his local diving club in Plymouth when he was seven. He won his first competition in June 2004 at the Nationals where he became the youngest ever under 18 champion.  Since then Tom, has never been beaten in his age group at any National Championship event.

Peter Reed MBE

Pete only started rowing six years ago when he was spotted using a rowing machine in the gym whilst studying at the University of the West of England (UWE).    In August 2008 he achieved his ultimate goal of winning an Olympic Gold medal at in Beijing in the Coxless Four.

Shelly Woods

Shelly is British record holder in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m and marathon. She qualified for the Beijing Paralympic Games in all these events, and came away with a silver in the 1500m and a bronze in the 5000m.
